Does it work for holiday clubs too?
Yes — sessions, bookings and registers work just as well for holiday clubs and wraparound care as for term-time after-school.
Can parents book and pay online?
Parents can book online; payment is separate. Switch on parent requests under Sessions and families ask for places from their own secure link, with no app and no password. You approve each request or let places confirm automatically while there's space, and you can set a same-day cut-off time for each session. We don't take payment at the point of booking: booked sessions go on your invoice to the parent as usual.
