Common questions
Who owns the data?
You do. Each business's data is isolated from every other; we don't access it for any purpose other than supporting you when you ask.
How do parents access their child's information?
Each parent gets a private magic-link to their child's diary, observations, accident records and policies. They never see other children, and the link is unique to your business.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. We'll provide a full export of your records before closing your account so nothing is lost.
Is it Ofsted-aligned?
Records cover EYFS observations, attendance, medical notes, accidents, contracts and policies. The PDF exports are designed to be evidence-ready.
